While Technology, environment and time are all critical components to our practice, Dr. Harris insists that at the end of the day it’s his office staff he can thank for pulling it all together and making the process work smoothly for each patient. Each selected for equal parts expertise and customer care values, they play an invaluable part in enabling Dr. Harris to do his job, do it well and keep the good experience intact from the time a patient walks in the door until their last follow-up call. They’re experts at handling insurance companies, referrals, and patient needs. The postoperative care from our surgical team is tremendous. Everybody’s on board with the success of the practice. We don’t have job descriptions here; we’re all cross-trained and it makes for a great, collaborative working environment.
